Chelsea: {Future plans?}
She faced her sister as she tilted her head to the side.
Yulius: {Well duh, we can't just dive in headfirst into any battle or situation without a solid plan.}
Chelsea: {R- right?}
She chuckled nervously.
Yulius: {Y- you were going to do just that weren't you?}
She sighed, already knowing Chelsea's lie incoming.
Chelsea: {N- n- no- noo.}
Yulius: {Chelsea.}
Chelsea: {Okay, okay, I would've possibility done just that. But hey, if you are the strongest you have nothing to fear.}
Yulius: {You can't solve everything with brute strength you know.}
Chelsea: {That won't stop me from trying.}
She assured, causing Yulius to hold her head in frustration as she let out a soft, low, grumpy, annoyed sighed that sounded more like a whine.
Yulius: {Forget it, do as you see fit when the situation calls for it, just make sure to clean up after yourself.}
She scolded the child who happily played along with her child role, responding to the 'adult.' {Yes mother.} To which she completely ignored and moved on.
Yulius: {First up for discussion is our financial situation. We don't have Lionheart or Genesis to fund our needs anymore, so we need to develop a stable income system.}
Chelsea: {I got an idea!}
Yulius: {Go for it.}
Chelsea: {Let's become drug dealers-} (A/n: This is a joke, do not actually become a drug dealer.)
Yulius: {Chelsea?!-}
Chelsea: {I'm joking sister.}
Yulius: {This is not a joking matter, but I glad you're capable of finding amusement at such a time.}
Chelsea: {Well, you make it very easy sister.}
Yulius: {Hm, but seriously though, we need income and I know I could do stocks retaining millions of dollars; but I don't plan on doing that consecutively as that's a pain in the arse. Much preferability, I want a stable passive income that has money flowing in consistently and quickly.}
Chelsea: {Well, we should start off with stocks first before using the money we earned and investing it into real estates. With the money we gather so far should be sufficient enough to give us a running start for our organization.}
Yulius: {But not nearly enough if we plan to spread out our organization worldwide.}
Chelsea: {So we act as mercenaries and let people buy our service.}
Yulius: {You do know this could end up very badly as most would deem us as threats for developing power in secret. Imagine an organization popping out of nowhere at that.}
Chelsea: {That's a fair point but I got that cover. We'll use secret identities and cover our faces with masks. It's true they would most indefinitely send spies out to locate our organization, but we'll program our buildings to be spy proof with keycards that can only be authorize by the rightful owner. I mean, how could they possibly hack into a system made by someone who's IQ surpasses 300.}
Yulius: {Hm, I'm assuming you're expecting me to do all that.}
Chelsea: {Pretty much and in the meantime, I'll be hacking all the World's Top Ten for good blackmail material.}
Yulius: {That sounds entertaining.}
Chelsea: {Don't worry, I'll make sure to send you funny dirt on them if I find any.}
Yulius: {Hm. Next is requitement followed by rankings.}
Chelsea: {Well, we could follow the Naruto world's ninja ranking system for Genin, Chunin, Jonin, Anbu, and Roots.}
Yulius: {Hm, sounds good but we should make adjustments as there are many flaws.}
Chelsea: {Right.}
Yulius: {Next will we have like an academy?}
Chelsea: {We should so our people will at least get basic knowledge of the Awakened World and know what to expect. Also, our academy students should be able to do D-ranks missions though I think we should have an E-rank mission section.}
Yulius: {Yeah, I didn't quite understand why errand runs were D-rank missions for Genin when they could be doing much more beneficial tasks as newly graduated academy students. I always questioned the ninja system for Konoha, but I guess that was the civilian council weakening their own village.}
Chelsea: {True, so E-ranks are tasks inside our organization, what should be counted as D, C, B, A, S, SS, SSS- rank missions?}
Yulius: {Well D-ranks should be for errand runs outside of our organization, so they can get a feel of what's it like to operate outside in the Awakened World. This will be done by mostly by Genins, but sometimes academy students as long as they have supervision.}
Chelsea: {Hm, will we follow the three-man team with a Jonin sensei?}
Yulius: {Yes, but instead of a Jonin sensei, why not a Chunin. I mean, why authorize your big guns with babysitting when they could be doing higher missions. Besides, that way Chunin will learn leadership which is useful for many missions as it requires working and leading your allies. As for the Genins, they will learn the importance of teamwork.}
Chelsea: {So we'll still be abiding by teamwork like Konoha. Speaking of teamwork, will we have that bell test?}
Yulius: {There's both pros and cons to it. If some were to fail the bell test, then they will be sent back to the academy just to repeat a whole year or two which in my opinion is a waste of time. After all, teamwork isn't for everyone.}
Chelsea: {Then let's make the academy have many divisions. The first three years would be required knowledge of the Awakened World which is plenty of time to think of what they are most suited for. Adding on to the fact that they will be taking E-ranks missions to see what each division in our group does and how each role play an important part in our organization. After the three years, they can choose extracurricular activities base on their interests and for those who want to stick to the three-man cell team, we'll just have another two years' worth of information that's expected of a Genin, Chunin, etc.}
Yulius: {Hm.}
Chelsea: {Something wrong with what I just said?}
Yulius: {No no, it's good, it just I don't want those that chose the three-man cell team curricular to feel limited. It's better to widen their scope of knowledge so they'll have more cards to play in their playing field as in the Awakened World, it's very unpredictable.}
Chelsea: {That works, they could take more than one classes. Man, we sound like those Awakened Academies.}
Yulius: {True, but ours is better as we don't discriminate on those who are affiliated or unaffiliated because in reality, everyone has the potential to improve as long as they're willing to put in the effort.}
Chelsea: {Yeah, it pisses me off when the unaffiliated got bullied for having no knowledge or experience of the Awakened World when they were never given the same privileges as those who are affiliated.}
Yulius: {It just shows how naive and arrogant people have become after tasting a portion of power, corrupting them until someone above teaches them their place.}
Chelsea: {I know, it's so stupid and it's like our previous world where except for power, it's money. I mean, we were basically at the top because of our family's wealth that we did absolutely nothing to earn and deserve but be born into the family.}
Yulius: {It's good that our parents taught us to be humble, but the same couldn't be said for those spoil brats that have an ego the size of an elephant.}
Chelsea: {Right?! The nerve of those monkeys to ask our hands in marriage when we were f*cking 7 while that motherf*cker was 16. '9-age-gap, no big deal,' he says.}
The baby argues, mockingly as her a blood vessel bulge at the thought of it, her face projecting a bright steaming smoking red pork bun, looking like it's about to erupt lava like a volcano. Her sister hums in agreement with a humorous chuckle follow by it.
Yulius: {Yeah, I remember that. It's good to know our fathers never wanted us to marry someone or anyone for that matter unless they were our one true love. 'Epic love' was what they called it, right?}
Chelsea: {Yep, we never did have an epic love. Do ya think we'll find one in our 2nd life?}
Yulius: {Who knows.}
Chelsea: {Hm, we should add that to our bucket list.}
Yulius: {Right after we make our organization that does not have a name yet.}
Chelsea: {I know! I know! What about Shadow Garden-}
Yulius: {You're really trying to follow the anime Eminence in Shadow.}
Chelsea: {I mean, it wouldn't be my first option. There's Akatsuki-}
Yulius: {I think Akatsuki should be a division in our organization.}
Chelsea: {Hm, that was actually what I was feeling for too, but that leaves less name options for our organization.}
Yulius: {And they are...}
Chelsea: {Well there's, Uchiha, Uzumaki, Otsutsuki, Senju, Gojo-}
Yulius: {They're all from animes, aren't they? Great!}
Chelsea: {Hey! I don't see any big deal with choosing anime names for our organization's name.}
Yulius: {Let's just go with Eminence.}
Chelsea: {Eminence aye, that sounds kind of fire.}
Yulius: {Hm, now that we have a name, let's continue with our ranking systems.}
Chelsea: {We're on C and B, right?}
Yulius: {Yea, let's make those solving small disputes and offering our service for groups. C-ranks will obviously be done by high Genins as long as they have supervision and Chunins. B-ranks for Chunins and above.}
Chelsea: {Hm, and A-ranks are for assaulting and gathering intelligence which will mostly be done by high Chunins with supervision obviously and Jonins and above, right?}
Yulius: {Hm, and S, SS, and SSS -ranks will mostly involve being a spy, assassinating their targets, obtaining valuable assets from a fortress or other groups territories or whatever, leading a full all-out battle assault, fighting on the front lines, etc. Those will be done by elite Jonins and above.}
Chelsea: {That leaves Roots and Anbu but mostly Roots as Anbu is for protecting their chairwomen.}
Yulius: {Let's do Roots as the main intelligence gatherer and keeping Eminence in general, safe within the shadows. Which will involve lots of killing, torturing, etc.}
Chelsea: {Sounds harsh, but it is what it is. I doubt we'll have that binding Danzo does on his 'subordinates,' right?}
Yulius: {Obviously, at that point, it's considered slavery and that's not something we're fond of.}
Chelsea: {Who is, other than those racists bastards who believe themselves as the better race.}
Yulius: {So a supremacist, right?}
Chelsea: {You really giving me a definition check-}
Yulius: {I mean, supremacist is-}
Chelsea: {I know the definition of supremacist, sister. No need to shove it in my face when I choose not to use those fancy words of yours.}
Yulius: {They're not fancy-}
Chelsea: {Enough! We have much better things to discuss.}
Yulius: {Right...}
Chelsea: {Wait? Do we?}
Yulius: {Well, I mean, other than having a 'separation of power' check on each division so they're actually doing their jobs and are not corrupted, developing many overpowered force controls, having a wide range of academic's electives for our academy students, having good rules, and making a reward system, I think we're good.}
Chelsea: {Everything sounds fine, but why are reward system?}
Yulius: {It's exactly as it sounds. So those in our group can have something to look forward to.}
Chelsea: {How would one even work.}
Yulius: {Well, the missions give you points, and you can cash in those points for rewards of some sort. I haven't decided yet, but I think it's quite self-explanatory, the higher missions you do, the more points you get for better rewards. E-ranks would obviously be worth 1 point, D-ranks could be 5 points, C-ranks 15, and etc.}
Chelsea: {Sounds good, so when do we start?}
Yulius: {I think we should start developing our core to a certain degree before going out and fighting other Awakeners.}
Chelsea: {How long will that take?}
Yulius: {Well, we could start now and be like Arthur Leywin who meditates the second he reincarnates to awaken his core.}
Chelsea: {Hm, but how long?}
Yulius: {I say once we're 5-7 years old, we should be good assuming that we have Gojo's genes which will help us develop faster than an average human or awakener.}
Chelsea: {Sick, that'll be the beginning of 'The Great Eminence' and the future world's strongest Awakeners, hehehehehehhehehe.}
She laughed manically like an evil villain. Perhaps she truly was a villain in the makings, only time will tell.
Yulius: {Hm, well you can continue your villainess monologue, imma get some sleep while doing force control. Goodnight sis.}
Chelsea: {Oh, yeah goodnight, sweet dreams sis. Heheheheheh- Wuahahahahaa.}
'This definitely will be a long night.' Yulius thought as she sighed, trying to close her tired eyes adorably while listening to her sister's sadistic tendencies leaking as she thought about her grand plans. 'She's definitely a Cid Kagenou 2.0.' She last thought before letting the darkness consume her, not before she felt a warm embrace coating her tiny body with a white-ish lighting.
