City Plaza Military headquarters.
"Have you figured anything out?" Asked women in camouflaged military uniforms.
"Yes, according to data we found from Alan's crop, there is a remain of strong, mysterious energy. But we can't figure out what is it and to who this energy belongs" Mehari said, she had long grey hair and a well-made figure for a woman. She was in her white lab uniform while she examined Alan's corpse.
"What do you mean you can't figure it out? You're one of the best in this world with bio-arcane stuff. Just tell me, I need to give accountable to my higher up."
"Rikuya, this is something new. I can't say anything without verification of what exactly this power and to whom it's belongs. I tried to match its Arcane DNA from all members of the guild and military headquarters, however, it couldn't able to match from any individual." Mehari looked seriously at Rikuya. She cut a few parts of Alna's body and walked to the machine as she analysed the data.
"This is the first time something like this has happened, some outlaw bastard from the guild always makes trouble in public, we always catch them by their Arcane DNA... Could be this person isn't registered in the guild?" She spoke with a hint of possibility and looked at Alan with disgusted looks.
"Could be, but you should be happy that we found this monster's body, it's valuable and we can predict their next attack and motive. " Looking at the number and letters on the screen Mehari spoke. One of the staff members approached her and gave some other details.
"This monster is D rank and could match with fighters up to C rank. Specialize in fire and defence type power." She explained and scrolled the tab.
"Huh, why do they keep coming and attacking our home? What is their goal, these monsters must be after something. Huh... My back." Rikuya looked at her back and felt aching all over her spine. He brought out some tablets from her pocket and swallowed them without taking water.
"Is your back getting any better?" Mehari asked, seeing Rikuya flinching her back.
"Thanks to your tablets, it gives me short-term relief, but the pain is getting more aching passing day."
"I wish I could have healed your pain but I still haven't been able to find any cure yet," Mehari said with a defeated voice and felt pity in her skills. Rikuya put her hand on Mehari's shoulders. She was surprised and looked at her.
"It's okay, don't feel sad, I know someone will cure my pain. Until that, you can try Mehari. Anyway, I'm getting late, I need to explain this general"
Mehari nodded and was about to say goodbye until something struck in her mind.
"Wait Rikuya!"
"Something you wanna ask?"
"Yes, it's about Olivia. How is her condition?"
Rikuya suddenly remembered the girl she had saved from Alan's attack. "She is good and currently recovering in hospital. She will be gone back home by tomorrow. If her family Valerian didn't hold that much power, I'm sure the military would even consider saving her."
"I see, does she say anything about what happened in that factory and who killed these monsters?"
"Who knows, Olivia said she had lost her memories from the monster's attack and can't remember what happened inside that factory," Rikuya spoke, making Mehari look suspicious. She sighed and went back to her chair and lightened up her cigar. Rikuya leaves the lab.
"Huh, lost her memories? Then we can't help but to wait until she remembers. My stress is increasing and my body is aching like hell, am I becoming old? Anna gave me some water." She called her assistant. But she didn't get any water from her. Mehari got up from their chair and looked at her, only to find out Anna was looking at her phone and she put earbuds at her ears. She was listening to something on her phone and her expression became astonished as if you found some treasure.
"What are you listening?" Mehari grabbed her shoulders and looked at her phone.
Anna turned around, she became startled a little bit seeing Mehari suddenly appear behind her. "Mam Mehari, did you call me?"
"What are you doing, you are listening to the video like you found something very interesting?" She spoke and saw that Anna was watching a recorded livestream that had millions of views.
"Mam, this video suddenly became trending on the internet."
Mehari suddenly became more curious when she heard. "Huh really? What is this video about?"
Her assistant didn't explain instead she disconnected the earbuds and increased the volume of her phone.
"Laaa- la~"

Mehari was stifled in one place and her mind instantly focused on the sound, her stress and anxiety vanished.
"This voice. It's so beautiful. All my stress is gone after listening to it. Who is singing this beautiful voice?" Mehari asked. She kept listening to the voice and felt joy before she realised she had become addicted to it.
"Mam, there is no information about this singer, it's an individual who recorded this voice yesterday night." Her assistant said, Mehari nodded, she sat beside her and stayed quiet and kept listening to the voice as she closed her eyes, emerging herself in paradise.
"Mam, it's so beautiful like an angel is singing."
"Yes, I think that too."

Hospital
Three women in nurse outfits, each one of them was healing Olivia's injuries over her skin, and all the scratches were quickly being healed.
"Your all injuries are being healed, Miss Olivia. Thank god you didn't receive any serious hurt." The nurse spoke and examined her body to find any leftover cuts.
"I'm fine, you all leave the room now," Olivia said coldly, they all nodded and left without any hesitation. She tried to leave the bed and walked toward the exit.
"Miss Olivia, please don't move, you are still injured, you should rest. Lady Emma has sent a guard to take you back home safely." One woman in a suit and a curvy figure spoke to Olivia, she tried to hold her from leaving.
"I'm fine, there is not any serious injury, tell me what happened to those monsters after I went unconscious and that boy I told you to get information about?"
The maid began to explain the events that had occurred since she lost consciousness. She listened closely until the maid gave her a tablet containing information about a certain schoolboy.
"Evan... This boy went missing during the monster attack two weeks ago, which coincided with the end of the monster's long silence. He lives with his single mother and is under a huge debt. There's no record of arcane power in his family background, and he doesn't have support from any guild or great family. How was he able to defeat that D-rank monster with a rusted pipe if he doesn't have any arcane abilities? I can't believe this information. There must be something that happened when he disappeared during the monster attack."
Olivia kept the tablet side and pondered something while she closed her eyes, the maid saw her body was acting wired as her hands were shaking and there was an intense smile appeared on her face for a few seconds.
"Miss Olivia, why did you lie to the military about your memories lost?" She asked and was still not sure why she pretended that she lost her memories.
Olivia opened her eyes, she didn't want to answer why she acted like losing her memories. "Why you are so worried about it? Military can't hurt me until my mom is with me."
The maid didn't question any further, knowing that her mother was one of the heads of the great family, she chose to stay silent. Olivia looked at her and spoke. "Leave me alone. Call me when the guard's guard is ready to take me back home."
"As your wish, Miss Olivia," The maid spoke and left her silently.
Olivia looked around and found herself alone in the room. Once she confirmed no one was there, she leaned on the bed and buried her face in the pillow. Her entire body was trembling, and her cheeks turned red. She tried to control the urge, but her heart was pounding like crazy.
She closed her eyes and when suddenly images of the boy flashed, her cheek was red and she became more excited.
"What's wrong with me? That boy killed those monsters so easily like a sword master, but not only that, he suddenly changed his appearance and became so handsome and... beautiful, I had never seen any boy and a man that handsome before. He was like an angel"
As she remembered each feature of the young man, her mind suddenly recalled a little girl who resembled him. "I'm sure I saw a little girl before I fainted. She looks similar to that boy. Were they related to each other?"
