Back at Steve's place, he was slowly accepting this new reality. After responding to several emails from his lawyers and X, he spent about twenty minutes talking to his parents. He wanted to carry out his mission, but creating a special force in his country was very complex, if not illegal. So, to begin with, he had to choose between doing it illegally or proving his worth to the state. After a few minutes of weighing the pros and cons, he decided to play both sides.
Over his numerous lifetimes, he had come to understand that life wasn't just black and white; there were shades of gray, and often, it was the gray that mattered. So, the first step was to start and play the 'white,' to prove to the state that he deserved support. He knew that to gain the kingdom's unconditional support, he had to do something revolutionary. Thus, he began to plan what he needed to do.

A few days later, on a Darknet forum:
"Did you hear? X got hacked."
"Damn! Do you know who did it?"
"Yeah, it's a white hat. All I know is that he's from Macro."
News of X corporation's hack rapidly spread within the Darknet community and among cybersecurity experts. However, it didn't take long to capture the attention of the general public and the media, creating a massive media storm. Newspapers and television channels picked up the story, causing a global sensation.
As the story gained traction, the value of X's stocks began plummeting on the stock markets. Uncertainty prevailed among shareholders and investors, and nobody knew the long-term impact of the hack on the company.
Meanwhile, Alan Mousk sat in a conference room at the five-star hotel where he was staying. He was deeply concerned about the situation and pondering the best course of action. Steve was nowhere to be found, and although Alan had wanted to have a direct conversation with this cybersecurity genius, he didn't want it to harm his company. Therefore, he made the decision to contact Steve's lawyers to finalize a potential agreement.
In the dimly lit hotel room, Alan was on the verge of entering negotiations that could change the course of history, all while wondering if Steve would ever show up to be a part of these crucial talks.
After several hours of negotiation, Steve received $100 million after taxes and all other expenses. Among the most critical clauses of this agreement was Steve's anonymity. All emails and exchanges containing his name were deleted. From now on, the world would know the mysterious hacker as "The S."

In an office at the Department of Territorial Security in the Kingdom of Macro, Ali Alisson was going through reports as usual when there was a knock at his door. He responded firmly, "Come in."
At the door stood his right-hand man, Paul Sinclair. "Reporting, sir."
"What's going on?" Ali asked.
"We have news, sir. Musk's company, X, was hacked, and they're here for that reason."
"You mean..."
"Yes, sir, Steve hacked them, and they're here to discuss an agreement."
Ali paused for a moment and muttered, "Well, he's talented."
"He's downstairs, sir. He wishes to speak with you."
