Ophelia we need to hurry the meeting's starting soon" she shrieked while the other rolled her eyes.
"That meeting can't start without me you know right?" and Scarlett nodded and then she stopped to think
This crazy brat if they didn't query Ophelia they'd surely query her
"Hurry we still need to arrive early" Scarlett said as she dragged her into the lift.

Ding! The doors of the lift opened, every where seemed quiet and Scarlett noticed her expression.
"I think they're in the meeting room. Hurry! You won't get a query but I'll do" Scarlett said her face red with frustration.
"Well, you don't believe in my capabilities huh?" Ophelia asked while Scarlett covered her face with her palm as she pushed the door opened
"Finally Miss Aurora, we were just awaiting your arrival" Director Jace said as he gave Scarlett a stern gaze.
"Uh- Scarlett get to the circle, I've got important news from the company" he said and they were hushed tones in the background.
"Quiet everyone, our company is way behind now in giving out news. You see there hasn't been any hot topic for weeks now" he paused.
"So it's been decided that everyone who gets a hot topic within a four days would get a 20% increase" loud mummers filled the background then everywhere fell silent again
"This goes to all of you" he said indirectly saying that they shouldn't leave the work to Ophelia.
"Yes Director Jace"
"The meeting's ended" the crowd dispersed.

"Ophelia your so smart, what's your plan" Scarlett asked as they headed for ophelia cubicle.
"Uh I haven't thought about it yet but when I get some thing I'll definitely tell you first. Trust me." Ophelia said and Scarlett smiled
"But I'm worried for you. You're the highest risk taker in the whole company due to your job. Even the company won't cover you if you get into big trouble" Scarlett grumbled.
"I love it scar, you don't need to worry, your bestie is so good at her job or don't you think so" she asked and Scarlett pondered over about for a while.
"Yep! You're great at your job but this time be very careful of who'll you'll give a spin on" Scarlett reminded as she left Ophelia alone.
She picked up her phone and it came on, her lock screen picture. A smile plastered on her face.
