Trevor hurriedly left the reptile which was still coiled in front of the kitchen door. However, before he had time to get over his shock, he found another one on the way to the living room. He screamed loudly while jumping up and down in fear and disgust.
He approached Amanda in the living room, seeing that she had finished what she was watching earlier.
"W-What is that? Why are there snakes here?" he asked, still shaking.
The girl replied nonchalantly, "Oh, that's Bunny and Sweety. They are my pets."
"What? Pets?" She made him speechless. "When you can get the real bunny or sweet pets like cats and dogs, you choose them as pets instead? Disgusting animals that can kill you with their venom at any time?" he asked sarcastically, almost shouting.
"Mind your words, they are non-venomous snakes. Besides, it's up to me what kind of pet I want to get. Who are you to lecture me about?" the girl grumbled back.
