In a few kilometres wide, open field occupied by training knights—weapon stands held numerous weapons of all kinds, knights were split into squadrons as they trained with weapons they were proficient with, or to increase and master the weapon they held and wielded.
Trees that required a dozen adults to hug, were seen grown at the ends marking a beginning of yet another kind of training field and a resting area....
Parted patches of the fields were hard grounded; maybe from the heavy utility and stomped marred trainings the knights underwent on a daily basis, under strict discipline, but other kinds of fields were also present—soft grounded, muddy, sand field, swamp like; of course, they were different areas covering the kilometres wide area.
Vertical flag posts fluttering softly, differentiating the training grounds in shades of red, enhancing the beauty of the crimson borders of the training grounds.
