Hearing the girl's words and the look in her green eyes, Inara reflexively closed her mouth and pressed it tightly.
Chill crept up her spine, her entire body was covered in goosebumps. Inara's entire body seemed to give her a warning that she could die at any time at the hands of this small girl.
"I-I'm sorry," Inara said after successfully squeezing the words from inside her mouth.
The girl in the rabbit mask didn't answer her. She looked at Luca and Alysia again.
They couldn't see it but behind the weird rabbit mask, the girl's lips curled into a wide grin. She enjoyed the sight when Luca and Alysia looked in trouble.
'Maybe I'll play with them for a bit.'
Luca continues to fight to ward off the plant monster. He managed to land attacks on the monsters' bodies repeatedly. Yet, the monsters still stood firm in his ground with their bodies embedded in the stone floor.
