Luca had sensed someone following him for the past few minutes, so he immediately sent an emergency message to Jill. Then it happened, and finally, he felt Gary's psychic touch.
"He is one of the people who attacked the headquarters."
Zane had informed the other Hunters, including Luca, about the abilities of the people who attacked them. He had also mentioned that they would likely return to complete their unfinished mission.
So Zane ordered his Hunters to prepare. Luca, being one of the A-Rank Hunters, could resist Gary's hypnotic abilities.
But he planned to pretend to be hypnotized now.
"Yes, I know about what's in the room," Luca said.
"Slowly turn around," Gary commanded.
Gary could finally see Luca's dazed face.
"What do you know?"
Luca racked his brain to provide an answer that Gary wanted. And finally, he walked right into the trap.
