The text appeared in Rama's vision suddenly. He couldn't help but frown. Then he noticed that Void averted its gaze momentarily.
"You may proceed," Void said to the others. Unexpectedly, just like that, Void transformed into a black mist and shot upward. In a moment, it vanished into the symbol on the ceiling.
"W-What was that?" Nic exclaimed as he looked up at the symbol where Void had disappeared.
Jill, Luca, and Vernon did the same, gazing at the symbol for a while. They then scanned the surroundings but found nothing except the intricately patterned doors.
"It seems our battle here is over," Luca said.
"Are you sure?" Jill asked.
Luca paused to think. Then he said, "I can't be too sure anymore. So far, we've seen something beyond our expectations."
"You're right," Jill said, deep in thought. It turned out that her bad feeling had become a reality this time.
