Donovan stared at the two individuals in front of him. Neither of them appeared to be Supernatural Hunters. He could sense no magical energy or any indication that they had dealt with Supernaturals before.
But what had his father said earlier? He had to assist them in a matter? Why did his father bother to ask him to handle an issue involving ordinary humans?
"What happened, Father?" Donovan couldn't help but ask with a curious tone.
Richard briefly introduced Detective Sarah and Detective James to Donovan and then explained the purpose of summoning him.
"Do you remember the matter concerning the new kind of Ghost?" Richard said.
Donovan nodded in response.
"Both detectives are investigating a case that seems to be related to it. That's why you need to go and investigate this."
Donovan's forehead wrinkled at his father's words. "What do you mean? Why does the Ghost issue involve them both?" he asked.
