As Ethan stepped out of his apartment, he ventured into the bustling streets in search of a meal before returning home. Little did he know, he was being closely watched by an unknown person, who had been monitoring his every move since morning.
Upon arriving back at his apartment, Ethan went straight to his room and promptly fell into a deep sleep. Unbeknownst to him, a shadowy figure emerged from within his room. This enigmatic figure concealed its face with a thick shroud of darkness and brandished a menacing jet-black dagger adorned with a dragon pattern.
The figure peered down at the slumbering Ethan, contemplating whether or not to end his life. After a moment of contemplation, they shook their head and disappeared once again into the shadows, vanishing like a puff of smoke through the open window and into the darkened streets below.
