Everything Zon had done, in this world and even in his own world, had been to chase down Red. To make him pay for the crimes and the carnage that he had committed, and Red was right in front of him.
With the new type of energy surrounding his body and suit, it was most likely that Zon would be in a far better situation to even take him down. However, due to the type of person Zon was, he was bound by something—his duty.
To help those that were willing to help him, to keep the promise he had made. He knew where Red was now, so he could deal with him. There would be another chance. Zon couldn't see Red going anywhere, or him being bested by anyone out there anytime soon.
