Those at higher stages, considered prodigies, could use it at a great speed. It wasn't practically useful in a fight, but after defeating an opponent, it could help one increase in strength dramatically.
When Belil's hand pressed on Raze's chest, he could see the veins on Belil's hands start to bulge, and something from within began to be lifted.
'I've lost the fight… I have no more mana, I can't even lift a finger. I can forget about taking any type of Qi pills to give me another chance, but that would all be useless anyway.'
