I didn't know how long I slept after helping the Myriad Beasts Sect with their problems, but I was roused by the sounds of exclamations coming from beside me.
These were shrill and excited voices that would irk any slumbering person. And so, I also felt annoyed and shouted, even after knowing full well who the owner of these voices was.
"Hey, what's this fuss about? Can you not just keep quiet and let me sleep peacefully?"
Still keeping my eyes closed, I flailed my arm in the direction of those voices to push them away. Right then, I didn't care for the feelings of others, as I was still feeling tired after sleeping for 'I didn't even know how long'.
