The White Tiger Institute, an institute that believes the motto that competition births the best and the talented, had divided the institute into many 'Houses', giving each school its own portion of the planet to govern and obtain resources for its members.
It was like the setup of kings and empires, except it was similar to rivalries between the various divisions in a school.
There would be no wars with bloodshed and all but competitions on various fields, with the winners getting 'Territory Points' depending on their corresponding rankings in the competitions.
The territories of each House could expand or be reduced depending on the division of the cumulative points they had obtained. And with the competitions occurring quite frequently, a competitive atmosphere always seemed to permeate throughout the institute.
