Laila knew she was approaching her limits and that only after defeating the leader could she retreat from his subordinates before launching another assault on them and finishing them for good.
However, the opponents, also expecting the same tactics, baited her into falling into their trap by making their leader look vulnerable. Laila, in her do-or-die situation, didn't hesitate to launch the attack, even after suspecting that it was a trap, thinking that she could manage something and get the kill.
Unfortunately, her luck ran out, and so did her berserked buff.
Her suffocating aura vanished, and so did the sharpness and bloodthirstiness of her scimitar. And the three subordinates, now deterred by nothing, launched their skills on Laila, making her suffocate under their aggressiveness.
Soon, they disarmed the already exhausted Laila from her scimitar, pushing her on her last legs, with only her battered body her last protection.
She felt frustrated.
