Kevin stood up straight, albeit a little wobbly. His crimson eyes were piercing and full of life, although his face had turned pale with how much blood he had already lost.
"Hahaha, I never felt so unburdened in my life before. It's all thanks to you, senior brother, for you locked me in my darkest nightmare during my weakest and thus forced me to deal with it."
His words were filled with riddles, and even his senior brother looked a little confused.
But I could guess that Kevin had successfully defeated his inner demons that had haunted him for many years.
(Well, I am pretty sure it was only possible because mother had inscribed that 'inner-demons protection' array.)
If not, then I couldn't fathom at all how such deep-rooted inner demons could be obliterated within a few minutes.
