"Eve!" Crown shouted as she saw Eve in the door, standing there as if she's just out for a walk.

"Supreme Commander" Seraphina said as she saw Eve at the door, standing there as she looked at her. Her gaze seemed to be of relief that she stayed there to protect them, although she doesn't know what she is doing right now due to the fact she never knew who the enemy was that's going to hunt Crown and Nepheria at all, but none of that mattered as Eve is already here.

"What are you both shouting for? It's not like I'm a dead person who just returned to the living" Eve said as she slowly walked and sat in the chair and took one of the golden apples in the basket and took a bite out of it, as Nepheria suddenly came out of the kitchen and saw Eve sitting in the chair and eating one of the apples.

"Oh, your back already, Eve. Come, I've just started cooking some food for all of us, so please wait before the food comes to the table," Nepheria said as Eve just nodded as she took another bite of the apple in her hands while refilling the basket with another golden apple.

"So where did you go, Supreme Commander?" Seraphina said as she wanted to know where Eve disappeared into while just leaving her instantly with a mission to do.

"To my mother and father's place, why?" Eve said as she tilted her head away from the question of Seraphina, as if everything she had done was actually natural and going to her family's home was natural, but of course Seraphina knew that it was unnatural due to the fact that who knows how many cycles it has been since when he even returned to his mother and father's house?

"Nothing, just interested in where you disappeared, and also, do I still need to protect them since you are already here?" Seraphina said as she scratched her head as Eve suddenly threw a golden apple at her. She caught it and took a bite out of it.

"Yes, you'll need to protect them for a total of 3 days" Eve said, as she wanted Seraphina to stay longer and protect both Crown and Nepheria, although it's highly unlikely for Seraphina to just not do her job.

"Is that so, then can I have a stick that you created by hand as a reward?" Seraphina said as her eyes seemed to have gleamed at the thought that the reward is a stick, and of course not any normal stick, but a stick created by Eve's hands itself.

"You really like sticks, don't you?" Eve said as she took another of the apples while also looking at Seraphina weirdly. Although she knew her for countless cycles already, she kind of regrets that she made Seraphina like sticks.

"Hehe, so can I have a stick as a reward?" Seraphina said with a big smile on her face.

"Sigh, sure, you can have a stick as a reward only after you protect them both for a total of 3 days" Eve said as she sighed while thinking about what sort of wood she'd use to create the stick Seraphina wanted.

"Yay!" Seraphina said as she raised her hands in happiness and ran outside to let out her excitement that she would gain a stick created by Eve herself.

"By the way, Eve, I've never asked this, but why do you need Seraphina to protect us? We are pretty much stronger than your average elite Essence user by an infinity, despite not being as strong as our peak" Crown said, as she wanted to know the reason behind why Seraphina is needed to protect them. Although she does not know what Eve was thinking, she is still resolute about protecting everyone and everything she loves.

"There are big reasons that I couldn't tell you because what Seraphina is going to do is she must do it; if she fails, who knows what sort of thing will happen in the future?" Eve said to Crown. Although she knows what Seraphina shall do, she can't say it as it might change the predetermined future.

"Can't you look at the true future to know what would happen?" Crown said as she knows that Eve can look at the true future, so she wanted to know if there's a possibility that someone is blocking Eve's vision to the future itself.

"I can, but it's blurry, no matter how much I tried to erase the blurry vision when looking at the future, it could not be erased" Eve said as she covered one of her eyes with her hand, as if letting Crown know that she is partially blind to the true future now.

"Are there any people who can make you see the future as blurry?" Crown said, as she can't just easily believe that there are people who can actually make her partially blind to the true future itself.

"Actually there are multiples of them 7 peoples out of the hundred blessed by the tree can make me saw a blurry vision from the future but they must be in a constant pain and suffering from doing it, but I don't think that would be them as I already met 3 other blessed by the tree who can make the true future I see as blurry and they are not in a constant pain, so only one person in mind that even surpass and existed even before the tree itself to the point that even partially blinding me could not affecting him and that would be my child" Eve said as she explained that there are actually few entities that could partially blind her from seeing the future but they would feel an intense pain, and she knows that it was none of those people but her child is the reason for it.

"Eh? But why would your child do it?" Crown said, as if not understanding the reason behind it at all.

"One big reason, I think, should be before she even became my child, before the time I even existed," Eve said, as she seemed to have a theory for why she did it in the first place.

"And that is?" Crown said as if wanting to know more about it.

"The first creation, the one who named all existence, the Eternal Maiden, ●●●●●" Eve said as she suddenly spoke of titles and finally a name, a name that Crown seemed unable to hear.

"The, what? Why couldn't I hear what you just said?" Crown said, as she seemed not to be able to hear the last part of what Eve just said.

"It's natural after all; it's sort of forbidden to speak of the Eternal Maiden's true name if you actually knew the Eternal Maiden" Eve said as she explained it, as Seraphina had returned outside and heard of their conversation.

"Eternal Maiden, that sounds familiar" Seraphina said, as she was trying her best to remember anything that she could about it.

"That's because you met the Eternal Maiden countless cycles ago, you even put a seal in your mind that you couldn't even break today, so just to not say her name, as you would always speak everyone's true name in the past" Eve said, explaining why Seraphina seemed not to be able to remember it despite the fact that she seemed to know about the Eternal Maiden.

"Is that so? I really don't remember" Seraphina said as she just scratched her head, still trying her best to remember it.
