Ned had decided that they would spend one more day in the city. Two had already passed since the incident with the Bandits. Amari basically could go nowhere without receiving unwelcome gazes on him.
So he just decided to coop himself up all day.
And Belat had only awoken today so he hadn't yet gotten the time to speak to his younger brother until just now.
"Big bro, where's Sitri?" Belat asked. The wolf lay on a second bed that he had asked the inn employees to add.
"She's out," he answered.
"On her own? Why did you let her!"
Amari sighed in relief seeing how worried he was. That at least proved that his younger brother was still himself.
"Relax a little. Ned said that she wouldn't need help. I'm not quite sure what he means by that but I trust him quite a decent bit. You should as well,"
Belat still looked sceptical but he calmed down a second later. "Have you managed to heal yet? Are we still going to the Ifrit Territory?"
