Chapter 87 - Eliss and Ned

Amari didn't bother thinking of all the things that Eliss' words meant. She could have been talking about the Pit, or his recent stay in Zaya's place, or the Academy. But she wasn't.

He could tell from the dead certainty in her words that she was talking about Earth.

First Aunt Tamira, then Scourge and now Eliss. Aunt Tamira was family so even if she weren't dead he was comfortable with her knowing where he was from. Scourge on the other hand was a dead opponent.

Its words indicated that reincarnations weren't as uncommon as Amari thought, but what if that lack of commonality was only limited to a certain group of individuals within Heavomar? What if it was uncommon to everyone else?

He didn't like to take risks. So he decided then.

Eliss must die.

He snapped out of his thoughts and guided his Caffi to move forward onto the metal path. The guards gave him weird looks but he ignored them, instead choosing to study the important things.
