The Caffi hooves hit the metal pathway that led all the way to the next city.
Amari wiped a small bit of sweat off his face. It was hot. It was hotter than usual and far too hot to make sense, logically speaking. The sun didn't appear to shine brightly, but the heat said otherwise.
"Do you know what's going on?" he asked Ned.
The demon nodded, "Well, there are two reasons for this, actually. The first is that we're almost in the Ifrit territory. While that is not our actual goal for now, we did still move in the general direction. And the weather gets like this when the Ifrit King gets riled up. It should be easy to fix with your mana,"
Amari nodded and pulled back his mana as Zaya had thought of him before.
"I didn't know that. It wasn't half as hot as this when I went there a few weeks ago,"
