"Welcome! You must be a seeker of a certain story? Ah yes, the story of those hero's that gave everything to keep the peace. Hm? Who I am? I'm merely the one that tells this story. I'm the goddess of storytelling, I watch the realms and my books write down everything I see. There are millions and millions of stories that lace the realm between, though everyone only wants two certain ones. Though, I do understand why because they're my favorite ones. Ah but I'm not the only that tells it. There are plenty of witnesses that tell children and those children tell they're own children. Every story has a past, a present, and a future. It is those that live on the earth to choose whether what happens, who makes it happen, and whom lives to tell it. Shall we begin it?"

All stories have beginnings and ends, but this one was longer than normal ones. Under the watchful eyes of the goddess of storytelling, history was written under her eyes in the story book. The book itself writes down anything, small or big; it sees everything. But nothing could have prepared her for this story, a story that is mostly called the darkest century.

History will be written repeatedly; we just must stay alive for it to be written. It must be him to live on and to tell the story of the time he lived, though he wanted to be just a shadow of it. We were all with him, including myself. What good would it be to know his story? What would be the point of having to do this then? It was because of him, none of us would be able to live peaceful lives. So, if he chose not to speak; she would tell the story for centuries more to the future...

The beginning of this story started long ago, when the world had just been completed and humans had begun to walk the earth. Though, there was more than one realm. The gods, angels, demons, any other being lived in a place called the sanctuary. It was filled with all the gods from any myth you could name, including demigods. Their only job at the time was to support the living and watch over the humans, without needing to intervene. Keeping the peace of the realms was highly kept under control, though soon that would become broken. A demon, named Kratos Uzumoto appeared. This demon was unheard of and was merely looking for a way to gain control. He grew hatred for humans and wanted to make them disappear from the earth, wanting to claim everything for himself. His thrust for power went on a rampage, soon choosing to bear a child that he thought would follow him.

Kratos wife was merely a victim and forced to bend to his will, that she played along with it and hope she could plan his failure. To Kratos rage, she had twins that did not gain his power. Nothing could be done as his wife, Pandora, was forced to bear another child afterwards. She soon gave birth to a demon child, Damien; making him the one that Kratos wanted to live.

When Pandora was busy with Damien, Kratos went to the twins and murdered them behind her back. He had nothing to do with them and threw them away like they were a virus. That moment killed Pandora inside to the point, that she now must leave with her only child. Though, she had to wait longer in order that Damien to be older. As years went on, the planning of her plot went down without Kratos knowing it. When Damien turned fifteen, Pandora took him and began to leave. However, to Pandora's shock, Kratos found out and was waiting for them. The rage he felt was purely seen and made Pandora scared. Kratos then attacked them both, Pandora placed herself in between him and Damien. She took the full blow for herself and was wounded. Damien fell to his knees as he caught his mother, feeling the rage fill him inside as he looked towards his father. Kratos was now on his way to kill his child, claiming he could always have another. Before He could get to them, both Damien and Pandora were teleported to the sanctuary for safety.

They were both surrounded as they all watched Pandora slowly dead in Damiens hands. Her final words to him were, "Don't let him take everything we've worked to keep safe." Damien screamed as loud as he could afterwards, it could be heard through the whole place as it echoed everywhere. That moment was the start of a war. The saviors were formed, leaders from each species took a stand at the table. Damien became the leader of the demons, getting anyone that was against Kratos. Humans became a part of the battle, and they were given magic as a gift for helping. During this, Kratos formed his own army known as the fallen. He grabbed any demon that was on his side, that had the same goal as him. The world was in turmoil as Kratos and his army rage on Earth, murdering and taking land. The saviors were sent to overcome them in separate locations as the war began. Lilith, a demon witch that was very trustworthily, became Damien's right hand. Her and her witch coven were highly praised for their strong witchcraft. She would soon be at battle with most of Kratos' army, that would be in her favor as they won. Because of this, it gave the saviors the higher chances of winning

During this time, a woman appears. No one knew of this woman, though she was beautiful. This woman was named Ava, whom was half demon and angel. The woman was merely a child of a forbidden romance between her parents. Before she came, she was locked away due to fear of others. Her life was taken away due to her powers of both light and darkness. Though, having both would lead to an imbalance. With her parents pled, they helped her to control herself. They created an orb of balance and placed it in her. This woman was new to the world, making her feel completely anxious and scared. Ava would soon spot Damien, seeing how handsome he was but she did not have the strength to face him. What she did not expect was that love would soon fill them both as Damien sought her out, soon both wed years later. Ava would soon become the importance of the war.

Another important figure of this war would be the goddess of light, known for not using weapons nor joining battles. She merely used her light to help others, including protecting anyone that was about to killed. Her name is Eleonora, she was beloved by everyone and became friends with Damien, Ava, and everyone else. She would later play a crucial role in the future as someone would become her living legacy.

In the final years, leading to the end of the war. Kratos planned for a final attack against the saviors, but they were planning something as well. Ava created a sword known as the sword of sealing; it could seal a demon and could split their own abilities and immortality from them. The saviors were able to defeat Kratos' army, sealing the demons at the bottom of the underworld. This made a path to Kratos for Damien, upon which in the year of 1290. The long-awaited battle became close.

Damien and Kratos faced each other, Damien's trusty demon weapon Cerberus by his side and his wife's sword of sealing. Nothing could prepare him for that moment, though at the beginning; it was nothing but a chat between them both. Damien spoke his mind, the rage he had kept locked away until he could throw it at his own father. Kratos showed nothing for his actions, he laughed at his own family. This made Damien much angrier, upon which the battle would soon start between them. Ava, Lilith, and Eleonora watched from the sidelines as the battle gets more intense before their own eyes. Though, Kratos soon got the upper hand as he was stronger. Damien was made to fall back but then Ava and the others joined him, even though he did not want them to. But Damien would soon notice that their help was greater than being alone. The four of them would then battle Kratos, Eleonora would be the support for them as the three fought with everything they had. With the wounds on his body, Damien was able to overtake Kratos and pierced him through the heart with the sword of sealing. The sword began its purpose, at once taking his power and his immortality; removing it from him and sealing it away in various locations. Kratos would soon be dent to the bottom of the underworld, bounded there forever. Or so they thought....

The holy war was finally over, the saviors cheered, and humans sighed with the coming peace. Everyone's lives changed completely as everyone went on with their lives. Humans rebuild their kingdoms and homes, hoping to be forever in peace. Damien and Ava disappear on their own, soon having a life together from the battlefield. Their lives would be blessed with a child three years after. Though, that child would have had his future already made for them. This child was merely a child, though this same child must be ready for a new battle in the future.

In the year 1301, the Uzumoto family was living normal lives; their child was at the mere age of eight. Lilith, who stayed close to them, had a child herself. A daughter. During the peace, the seals on Kratos slowly weakened and soon he was able to break free. Though, without his powers and his immortality; he was nothing but a mere human. The anger filled him to the point that he headed to earth, in hopes of finding his son and murdering him. But what Kratos finds is that Damien had a family. The plan became much more pleasurable. On the night of the blood moon, Kratos showed himself, alone with a few of his demons. The shock took over as Damien ordered Ava to leave with their child. The child was hidden away, in the hope they would survive the night. Kratos used witchcraft, soon binding Damien to the underworld. He would never be able to leave, forced to watch his family fall apart in front of him. Kratos then kills son's wife, burning her with hell fire. His grandson would be seen watched from behind before the child passed out.

The child was left with nothing but themselves. Left behind with loneliness and rage, the boy was compiled to seek out revenge. This boy's name was Zero Uzumoto. What we all did not expect was that this story would continue onwards, the connection between both would leave everyone breathless.

The world's year was now 1346, over a hundred and six years after the holy war. It was peaceful and the new future had taken its breath upon the earth. That same year, a princess was born. Though, a mere life was at risk due to the sickness of the mother. Elena, the queen of the kingdom of Avaloria and pregnant with her only child, fell deeply sick days before the difficult delivery. The queen was in distress as she feared that the child would not live and would perish from the world. Her husband, fearing the same, was deeply worried that he would stop doing his duties to be right beside her. Elena's last call for help would turn into an unlikely being.

Elena prayed to the gods, helping they would help her and to let a child be free to live. Hours turned into days, before soon a goddess appeared before the two worried parents. That goddess was known as the goddess of light, health, and protection. Her name was Aurora. She was a very loved goddess among the sanctuary, though she had disappeared after the holy war. Aurora was in hopes of looking for someone to become a priestess under her. They would be allowed to use her power of light and healing to help others or protect them from danger. This unborn child be that chosen one for her. Aurora gave the mother a chance to live afterwards, but her child must be the priestess of light.

The queen agrees to it, but her husband Sebastian had his second thoughts on it. That is because if they are child becomes the priestess of light, they would face great challenges in the future. But Elena then gave herself up to be the de quoi, making her the false priestess of light. She was strong hearted enough to make that choice and it was granted. There was nothing that would stop them from saving their child and the goddess saw it through them. Soon afterwards, a healthy baby girl was born, and the parents were joyful. The kingdom was lifted in cheers and prayers of everlasting happiness... though that only lasted for four years.

Four years later, in the year 1350. After the young princess turned just four years old, Kratos shows himself before the kingdom. Him and his demons rampaged the kingdom, looking for the priestess of light. It soon led to the royal household. Elena hurried to her child and her friends, to hide them away for them to be safe from death. All five children were hidden in a secret room behind the royal thrones, but they could see the outside through a one-way glass, and it was sound proofed. Both Elena and Sebastian stood next to each other, soon exchanging their love for one another when Kratos appeared before them. Both would soon no longer remain alive. The event left the kingdom in turmoil and in fear that he will return, though he does not until sixteen years later.

Durning this time, our main hero is in hiding after a long search of Kratos that led to nothing years prier. The fear was that Kratos could have found them and murdered them, to try to hunt him down. He was merely lost, and hiding was the only way to keep himself from the world outside. While the others were still searching through the lands for him in his stead. After the massacre, the princess completely fell in despair. She cut herself off from everyone, locking her into the room she felt safe in, including cutting off food. This would soon led to her falling sick and falling into a coma for five years. There was nothing to be done, it was too late by the time the princess was found unconscious. Her loyal friends became worried and soon went on to become her protectors, seeking out their skills.

Far away from the kingdom of Avaloria, our other five heroes were in search for Kratos years prior before. Zero would soon meet his godparents and two others on his journey, a joined party in hopes of ending Kratos and his plans. They went on for twenty-nine years with leads, after leads for him. Zero became more disappointed after each lead, soon that disappointment turned to depression and fear. Though, Zero wouldn't be straightforward about those feelings. Due to the outcome of the journey, he was forced into hiding.
