I made a grunt.
"Don't break something if you get angry."
One more grunt.
Don't choke anyone else either. That's all you can do to me."
When I realised what Jaslynn had said, I was in the middle of grumping. The arrogant hint in her tone burned in my ears since she knew she had taken me by surprise when she said that.
A soft giggle escaped me from behind, and I spun to press her against the wall, putting my fingers around her throat precisely where she desired. I put my other hand on the wall just over her head, and she widened with surprise.
"If you're done harassing me with your to-not-do list, let me tell you one thing that will sum up everything I expect from you."
She swallowed hard and I felt her throat bob beneath my palm. "Yes?"
