I love that you are trying to do more than you already are but still, you are more than enough right now. I know that you tried to get better at cooking, I could hear you every morning practicing."
Kanui starts crying, she hugs him, tightly grasping him "You are the best brother any sister could ask for, Yuta" "I love you, Yuta." What is the meaning of Love? What does it feel like if it isn't for a relative, is it a empowering feeling? Perhaps it is better?
Kanui lets go of Yuta, "I am sorry for crying" Kanui says while wiping her tears away, "Kanui don't apologize for crying, you being the older sister doesn't mean crap to me. I care about your well
being more than you acting like an older sibling." "I know but ever since our parents left, you have always seemed down in the dumps about life. I want to help." Kanui says, Yuta gets up out of the bed, "If you want to help
then study for your tests will you." "ugh fine, you are more like the older sibling now, better than me." "Being siblings means being helpful to one another, it does not matter whether you are older or not." Yuta says. "Yeah yeah." Kanui responds walking out of the room with a smile. Yuta lays down on his bed.
(Yuta's Thoughts)
What is the logic behind love? At my age am I supposed to have a girlfriend? I have always despised love but if I look at it from a different perspective it almost seems nice to have. The feeling of someone holding you tightly with no ulterior motives, the love that you feel when you guys first
kiss. Is it something that I should be longing for?
Mirai loves me , but what does that mean? Am I ever going to feel love towards someone that is not my sister or family member? You could say I
liked Mirai, I lied to her because I was scared, I was scared to love someone other than family. I knew exactly who she was. Mirai Audia, a third year who
isn't in the same class as me but, I still liked her due to her kindness and beauty. I don't know if that would really be called love though.
Yuta falls asleep while thinking to himself, the next day arrives. Mirai wakes up tired because she couldn't sleep last night due to the rejection, she faceplants into her pillow, "You liar" she mumbled, "I am sure you are a great girl, what a lie." Mirai gets up out of bed and gets ready, "I still love you
Yuta, I am not giving up on you." Yuta on the way to school notices Lilia. "Lilia I have a question and I hope you won't think any different of me when I ask it." "Yes" "What does love feel like?" "Well, Yuta I am not an expert but I did love someone before and it is safe to say I know what it
feels like. It is a feeling of happiness when you are around that person, everything they do or say makes you happy. You won't be able to stop thinking about them even if you tried." "You seem experienced in this." Yuta says, "It was an unrequited love" Lilia says with a hint of sadness. "Oh I am sorry about that." "It's ok." she responds. Yuta and
Lilia show up to school, they notice Mirai standing by the entrance, looking at her phone. They walk past her. "Forget about her, she is not
going to accept you now that you have rejected her in such a cold way." Lilia says. "I know, I should but I feel that there is a way I can fix this." Yuta responds while putting his shoes back into the
locker. "Whatever you feel is right, I guess." Lilia says. I can't help but not look into those dark red eyes, they are so beautiful I get lost in them sometimes. "Yuta, Yuta!" Lilia snaps her finger in front
of his face, "Huh what." "It is pretty creepy when you zone out into my eyes like that." Lilia says. "Oh sorry I will stop." "I mean, you don't have to." Lilia mumbles. "What was that?" Yuta says. "Oh
nothing, nothing at all." Why did I just say that, no no no. I like him but even then I shouldn't try to make any moves.
Thank god school didn't have any classes today and it was only club day. I wouldn't be able to focus in class. "So what do you want to check out? Yuta says, "What do you
mean?" Lilia responds. "I mean what club do you want to go see?" "Well I don't know? What do you want to check out Yuta?" "How about the Art club" "The Art club?" Lilia responds with a annoyed
tone. "Look I know you want me to try and stay away but I can't, I want to build a friendship with her." "Fine Yuta. Do what makes you happy." "Thanks."
WHAT A BRAT SHE IS. IS SHE TRYING TO
SEDUCE HIM. DEEP DOWN I KNOW SHE ISN'T BUT STILL I HATE HER. Am I okay? why did I just get so mad. Yuta sees Mirai again, this time he went up to
her. Mirai smiled noticing him coming up to her. "I am sorry" they both say at the same time while standing in the middle of the hallway. "Uh my bad."
Mirai says "No worries." Yuta reassures her. They stand there for about a minute before the
silence broke. "so what are you about to do Mirai?" Lilia says "Nothing, I am just here representing my club.
"All the way out here? The Art club is upstairs Mirai." Lilia responds. "I know but." Mirai whispers something inaudible into her ear. "YOU LITTLE BI-" Lilia stops herself. "What did you say Mirai." "Oh nothing you wouldn't like Yu-ta." Mirai walks away.
