Yara pulled out the communicator and was somewhat surprised to see the name displayed on it. After all, Dong Tianyu hadn't notified her before coming, so getting his call now meant he must have already arrived in Kyoto.
After pressing the answer button and hearing Dong Tianyu's voice on the other end, Yara's face revealed an "I thought as much" expression.
"Lion, I've just gotten off the plane. Hurry up and come pick me up," he said.
Hearing the unceremonious command from the other end of the phone, Yara chuckled, then deliberately said, "Oh dear, why didn't you contact me earlier? I'm out of town right now and won't be able to get back for a while."
Upon hearing Yara's response, Dong Tianyu retorted directly, "Who are you trying to fool? You're acting like it's still before the catastrophe. Call me when you can actually make it; don't give me that crap, just come and pick me up."
