The main reason was that none of this made sense.
In theory, what the company cared about most was its reputation and how much money it could make.
Moreover, this company was considered an old and established brand, with many people knowing about this place, famous for its service and technical skills.
If it weren't for that, nobody would have put it at the top of their list.
It was because they felt that the masseuses here had excellent skills, and they wanted to enjoy a good relaxation, so they chose such a place. Otherwise, there were so many massage parlors, why would they specifically choose this one?
