As for being listed as a successor to the Sect Leader of Barbarian Mountain, not many Barbarian Mountain disciples were interested. That position wasn't that comfortable to sit in, and with a suspicious and paranoid master like the Green-robed Ancestor, one could be seized and bitten at any moment.
