When establishing a clan in The Other Shore, there are various clan modes to choose from, not just the rigid settings of a clan leader and deputy like in other games. The Shushan Sword Alliance was formed by integrating multiple forces. Naturally, it couldn't be controlled entirely by one person, so they chose a clan mode where the nine major departments are jointly governed by nine core members.
Nishuihan, the leader of the Ni Tian Group, is considered the strongest among the nine departments of the Shushan Sword Alliance and is without a doubt the number one player in The Other Shore. Naturally, he became the first core member and was seen as the Sword Alliance Master.
However, despite Nishuihan's great power and influence, he was unable to control everything on his own and was greatly constrained by the other eight core members.
