[Third Person POV]
"Ciel! Get up."
Ryujin was tapping on Ciel's cheek and trying to wake her up. She was sweating and crying as she was sleeping.
'She was sleeping peacefully just a moment ago. What happened?'
He kept tapping her cheeks but she showed no signs of waking up. In desperation, Ryujin picked up a glass of water and sprinkled some water on her face. He wiped the sweat on her forehead and kept calling her out name.
Ciel slowly opened her eyes. She was out of her dream or the worst nightmare of her life.
"Hm.....Ryujin?"
He grabbed her hands and assured her that he was there.
"I am here Ciel, there is no need to worry anymore."
Ciel got up from his lap and hugged him tightly...too tightly that Ryujin had some trouble breathing. However, he did not stop her and hugged her back. She was trembling and cying out loudly. Her mind was a mess.
After few minutes of wailing, Ciel finally stopped crying but did not let go of Ryujin.
"Did you see a nightmare Ciel?"
Ciel panicked when he asked her. There was no way in hell that Ciel would tell her about it.
'If I tell him, what will he think of me? I don't want him to look at me as a threat.....never do I want that.'
Ryujin noticed her hesitation to answer. He moved his hand around the back and consoled her.
"You do not need to tell me Ciel. It's fine"
Ciel nodded. Ryujin let go of her and wiped her tears. He took a tissue wiped the snot running from her nose. She was embarrassed but happy that he was not disgusted by it.
'It was just a nightmare. Nothing more than that....yeah nothing like that would happen.'
Ciel was convincing herself but she knew that the nightmare felt true real to be just an illusion of her mind. She looked at Ryujin. He was still checking on her condition with a worried look.
'There is no way, I'll do that to a person who cares this much for me.'
Ciel then kissed Ryujin on his cheek and stood up from the sofa. Ryujin was beet red but he liked that a lot.
" I should get going now. It is almost 9 Pm and the I'll get in trouble if I am not in my room. The guards would snitch on me."
"Yeah. See you tomorrow morning."
Ryujin waved at Ciel. Before, Ciel opened the door and leave, she again hugged Ryujin and kissed him on the cheeks multiple times. Ryujin was now as red as a tomato. He also gave her a small peck in Ciel's cheek. She felt her heart melt by this small gesture cause she knew Ryujin did not like to be always on the receiving end but he was shy to do something more.
"Bye, my love."
Ciel smiled and left the room. Ryujin was left speechless. He knelt and hid his face in his knees.
" I think my heart my explode."
[There is no way that happens and even if it does, you can use Kairos.]
"That was just a way to express my emotion. I did not mean it literally."
Ryujin lectured the system. He took a deep breath and calmed himself. He carried his pets one by one and put them to bed. He then opened his computer and got to work.
"System find every article, images and videos you can find of Sebastian Haema. We need to get him out of the mind control as fast as possible."
The head of Haema was not in a good condition and the villains might complettly corrupt his mind once they have no use for him

The system then went internet surfing and found out every information it could get. Ryujin on the other hand started analyzing the data. Both of them were on sync with each other and they finished their work within a hour.
" Good job, System. We finished the work sooner than I had thought."
[It is my job to be fast]
"I don't think being fast might be good for your skills in bed."

The system said in a stern and robotic tone. Ryujin then started looking at the reports and the images and he was sure of one thing.
"There is somebody else helping Gaetano."
Gaetano was an S rank and he was definitely but the head of Haema was powerful as well and he was a lot stronger than Gaetano. The fact that Gaeteno could infect others with balck magic with just his touch was true. Four years ago,Gateno had the chance to shake hands with Leo Dunamis and the head of Haema during the meeting of the big guilds and the noble families.
Right after that Leo got sick and Sebastian started looked off. After that there was no evidence of both Gaetano meeting both of them. The main issue was how did their body not manage to recover when Gaetano had not made any contact.
Gaetano must have inserted a small amount of black magic in them otherwise they would have sense it on the spot and the magic lasted for four years. If it was an A rank or any lower rank hero, then they would be dead by now. But those two were powerful heoroes and their body would automatically start repairing itself and destroy the black magic. They also could hire the best healers and treat themselves on a daily basis.
"The villain helping Gaetano must have exceptional skills and most of it must be related to being assassination and amplifying black magic."
Ryujin was quick to on his analysis and he was ninety percent sure that he was right but now the main problem was how should he cure Sebastian? Of course, he could sneak into his mansion and use Kairos to erase the mind control spell but before he could erase it the villain would notice it and probably use the black magic and destroy his mind. Unlike the spell used on Leo, whose only needed to be amplified once in a while and did not need to be monitored , there was no problem with Ryujin to erase the spell cause the villain would not be alerted but an mind spell is different. It is connected with the caster and if the caster felt someone trying to remove the spell, then they would definitely kill Sebastian to prevent any thing tracing back to them.
" I need to lure the villain out somehow but first I directly need to check on Sebastian."
[Does that mean you have to go to the western continent?]
"yeah! I have a school break tomorrow as well as day after tomorrow so it is the perfect time to move as well."
[Can I suggest something?]
"Go on."
[There is a dungeon near the place and the dungeon has some good items as well. Plus the dungeon is just C rank but it is quite large.]
"Hmm..."
Ryujin thought about the system's opinion for a while.
"This could work you know. I just need to convince them to come with me."
[Who?]
"heheh...This is going to be fun."
Ryujin smile creepily as he said that.
[Whenever you smile like that I know its about to go down.]

The next day.
"Why is he here?"
"I can say the same thing to you. Why are you even here?"
Lucius and Adam started bickering with each other immediately after they saw each other. Aqua who was with them tried to stop the fight was was too scared to get in between them.
"Guys for once stop."
Akio spoke and he was getting tired of these two. He looked at his left and saw Ryujin and Cary arriving as well.
"Quite late even though you were the one who called us."
Adam said to Ryujin.
"Sorry, had to do some ' work'."
Ryujin put emphasis on the word work. Adam then realized what he was talking about. He did not say anything after that.
"Now that all of us are here lets enjoy our two day trip."
Last night Ryujin messaged them.
[Let's go on a trip.]
Everybody accepted except for Lucius. Ryujin then told him he would not train him if he did not come so Lucius had no other choice. He had asked them to arrive at the school gate at 5 am. He wanted to invite Paul and George but both of them had some work to do, especially George, he was busy making potions Ryujin had asked him to.
They got into a train which was now free of cost for all of them and reached the teleportation gate.
"Where are we going?"
Aqua and Akio asked at the same time. It was their first time for the both of them going out with their friends. It was the same for Cary and Lucius as well, but Cary was trying not to show it and Lucius did not care.
"The Andoshire city."
Ryujin replied back.
"But is not that in the western continent."
Cary said as he looked at Ryujin. He was booking the tickets for the six of them for the gate.
"Yeah but now we can use any transportation facility we want so lets go now. This trip can really help us strengthen our bond."
For some reason when Ryujin said that all of them felt goosebumps but they still entered the gate.
