she walked through the tall trees, feeling the grass against her bare feet.
her brown eyes scanning around for any signs of life, she wasn't even sure if this was real.
if it was a dream she should wake up eventually, she thought gently putting her hand to her chin.
she almost didn't want to wake up, knowing what had happened earlier.
she looked up before lowering her brows, the sun looked like it was about to set.
if that was the case she needed to find somewhere safe soon.
there was no telling what wild life was in this forest.
"hello!" she called out hearing her own voice echo back.
"hello is anyone out there!?"
she stopped smelling the air, what was that smell?
it almost smelt like smoke.
she scanned her surroundings looking for smoke.
it could be a camp fire!
she smiled feeling some relief, if she could only find out where it was coming from.
she took in deep breath trying to Trace the smell.
she felt the whiskers on her face twitching.
walking slowly over fallen tree limbs, and big tree roots.
she could hear laughing out in the distance, she had walked a long way.
her feet were sore and tender with each step, she wasn't used to walking this long...then again she didn't get much exercise other than walking to school.
she slowed down before coming to a stop peeking out from the trees, she saw two figures out beyond the trees.
she smiled bolting out from the trees yelling.
"my name is Lola!
I am lost can you help me?"
she said running towards them before they turned around.
she slid to a stop, not getting too close.
both men turned around looking at her, the man on the left was short with dirty blonde hair. he had almost dog-like ears with a fluffy tail.
the man who stood on the right was tall with jet black hair.
he had horse shaped ears and a tail,
he let out a snort shaking his head.
the blonde man growls
"who are you!
this is the northern land!"
he said gripping his fist.
Lola felt herself jump frowning,
"am lost....am not sure where I am"
she said stuttering.
the other man gently punched the blonde on the shoulder.
"my name is zero, don't pay this idiot any attention.
how'd you end up lost?
what land do you come from"
he asked moving forward.
he only had animal hide shorts.
she put her hand on the back of her head gently scratching it.
she didn't belong to any land, she wasn't sure what to say.
she took too long to answer,
zero asked again. "where do you come from?"
he said Looking closer.
she was completely naked, most women wouldn't run around naked unless they were in heat.
she didn't smell like she was in heat, so why was she walking around naked?
Lola answered softly.
'i don't really belong anywhere."
she said gently looking down before blushing, her eyes went wide.
she forgot she was completely nude and, he was looking over her body.
she used her hands covering herself "hey stop looking at me like that!" she said.
the blonde head man snapped
"then why are you running around naked!
where is your pack!
it's too dangerous to move without a pack."
she shot him a mean look.

There have been more active demons coming out even in the day.
if you are truly traveling alone, you are stupid."
zero said shaking his head.
he hasn't met someone this stupid before,
"I have never seen a female travel alone."
Lola looked confused, demons?

"I am alone...I don't have anywhere to go.

she said hoping she could get more information.
zero signed, "follow me...I'll lead you to the chief."
he said turning away, walking away.
Lola jumped rushing after him, she wasn't sure if this was a good idea.
she had nowhere else to go, so it was the only thing she felt she could do.
the blonde glared at her as they walked away.
