"How long is it going to take us to get there?" I asked Leah as we made our way to the king's quarters.
"It's fifteen minutes from here to the king's quarters but we are going somewhere first". She muttered back, making me confused. What is her plan?
"Going somewhere, Where is that?"
"We are going to roll in the mud first, am guessing you wouldn't want the guards smelling an unfamiliar scent?"
"Oh, but I thought the mud doesn't hide our scent 100 per cent?"
"Well yes it doesn't but we will only be in danger if caught by a high ranking werewolf, they are the only ones who have the power to sniff a scent even when covered in mud. Ordinary wolves don't." She explained.
"And the king?" I asked curiously and I don't know why.
"Of course he can easily smell us with or without the mud, even the poppy flowers can't stop him". She shrugged.
