She looked intently at Victor and saw the surprise etched on his face.
"What do you mean it's part of his f-forgotten memory? I don't understand," Victor said, his voice filled with confusion.
She glanced at the road ahead, then at the kids in the backseat, who were still fast asleep. She then took a deep breath, trying to gather her thoughts.
"Maybe it's better if we pull over for a moment," she said.
"I don't want to explain this at Marga's house, and it's best if I tell you now while the kids are asleep."
Victor glanced over at her, his expression softening as he seemed to grasp what she was trying to say.
Without a word, he steered the car to the side of the road and parked.
After Victor parked the car, he took out his phone and made a call, presumably to the bodyguards following them.
After finishing the call, he nodded to her before getting out of the car.
