Meg was unsure about what was going on in their minds, especially her son Victor, so she expressed her disbelief despite firmly believing that Venice was truly her grandchild.
Even though she had reservations about Helena, Meg never doubted Venice's identity and loved her from the moment she laid eyes on her.
While she also found it hard to believe Venice's words, she understood that Venice wouldn't fabricate something she heard.
"O-on the balcony, huhu..." Venice responded to her grandmother's question about where she had seen Victor.
After that, Meg gently led Venice to the bed, planning to go to the balcony to confront Victor. But before Meg could stand, Venice quickly held her hand, as if trying to prevent her from leaving.
"Don't worry, Venice. I'll come back. I just want to talk to your daddy, okay?" Meg reassured, slowly releasing Venice's hand and receiving a nod in response.
