"Rina, are you nervous?" David's question caught me off guard as we stood outside the accommodation where his cousins were staying before the wedding.
We had intended to proceed to the church with Denise and Venedict, but David's cousins messaged him, expressing their eagerness to meet him. Consequently, despite our initial plans to act as a dating couple after the wedding, we had no choice but to make a detour earlier to introduce me to his cousins as his girlfriend.
"Nope," I replied, maintaining a calm demeanor, and I allowed David to take the lead in opening the door to his cousin's place.
Upon opening the door, we were surprised to find not only David's cousins but seemingly his entire family.
