Alexander gave Ming Xia a smile and went to stand next to her. Ming Xia held the teddy bear close to her and began to walk.
Alex wanted to bring up a topic but he didn't know what might be comfortable to talk about with Ming Xia by his side.
"Mr. Alex, why did you choose to come to tutor our class when you should work and earn a living?" Ming Xia asked.
"Sometimes, you just can't go against your parents. My mother forced me because I'm the third son in the house. There's nothing I can do, Ming Xia. I had to," replied Alex.
"I don't know you'd tell me such a thing. I mean, we aren't even friends," Ming Xia sounded surprised.
"You don't have friends?" Alex asked.
