Anna giggled a little before staying a bit blank, watching as George praised her.
"It's so little, you don't need to make it seem like I already got the justice I deserve," Anna uttered after George stopped putting his hands together.
"To me, you achieved a lot today," George said and kissed Anna's hand.
"You must be tired so get some rest," George stood up to tuck Anna into the bedsheet but she struggled to relent because she still had a lot to ask George.
Anna's eyes gazed at George with anticipation after she successfully lay down.
"Is anything the matter, Anna?" George asked, noticing the expression on Anna's face.
Anna shook her head and shot her eyes closed. "I saw Niko earlier, why did you take him away? Is it because of Jessica?" Anna asked with closed eyes.
George smiled. "No," he answered. "I needed to settle some things from the pet store."
