Back in Sun Set City, the Thunder Emperor left his room and went outside the hotel. There, he began visiting one shop after another in search of hammer arts and literally everything to do with the Hammer Dao.
When he was done, he had collected all the hammer arts in the city apart from those o=in the Waking Palace.
He was not on the Beast terms with the Waking Monarch and going to ask him for his arts right after passing him off during the day was not the best thing he could do. This would only invite ridicule.
Since this was the case, the Thunder Emperor decided to steal the Waking Monarch's library right under his nose.
He entered a secluded alley that looked to be the best place to commit all kinds of evils.
There, he changed his clothes and put on dark robes that covered him from head to toe. He looked like a typical bad guy and this was exactly what he wanted.
