The He siblings understood the Thunder Emperor's temperament. They knew that any delays would cost them deary and so they gathered all members of the He clan as fast as they could. Those that were far away were left behind and only sent messages to leave Eneh by themselves.
After these people were gathered, the Thunder Emperor teleported all of them to Rune, right outside his new city that was being built.
The city was coming along slowly due o how intricate the designs were .The Heavenly Wolf Temple ,as the three venerable had decided to call the faction after Kai Syaoran had allowed them to change the faction name as they saw fit ,had grown in power in recent years .After Kai Syaoran used blood beads to create God realm cultivators for the faction ,they had gotten enough strength to being vying for resources in the entire star system .They had acquired space vessels and recruited more disciples .
