Many powerful soul senses converged at the scene to see what the hell was happening. Although fights broke out all the time within the city, the commotion from this fight had everyone intrigued. In Jade City, there were no laws and the law enforcers sent over by the Sea Martial sect were on the take. This situation created unique ways in which some semblance of order was retained in the city to prevent chaos from swallowing it whole.
If a faction or individual were to go against the established order, the other factions would step in and eliminate the person.
This was an unspoken way of doing things in Jade City. One could do as they pleased but they had to know to what extent they could go.
