Kai Syaoran returned to the ship and entered closed cultivation. This time, Wela did not try and stay so close to him. She had seen a new side to him and for the first time, she was questioning her choice. Even though it was a custom of the Nemean Lions to marry the person able to match them in power when their cultivation was lower, the lioness still had a choice in the matter. At first, she had not thought about it so much but she now had to take some time and analyze her choice.
Kai Syaoran did not feel any kind of loss towards Wela's new attitude. He understood that his path was a lonely one and he was willing to go through this loneliness all for the sake of his great goal.
Inside the closed room, Kai Syaoran sat cross-legged. He did not even give what had just happened a second thought.
