Kai Syaoran felt his body changing drastically from its very core. He felt the rampaging yang qi that had previously filled his body mixing with the cool qi from the water essence. He did not know whether what he had absorbed was the water spirit, but he did not care as long as it led him to his goal. He felt his cultivation rise with each breath he took. He was soon powerful enough to scoff at the weakness of his former self.
This process went on for hours until it slowed down. He could feel that his body was still undergoing drastic changes but for now, it could be counted as him having broken through to the third stage of the Mortal God realm. He called this stage the Earth Spirit Stage. Just like the stages before, he needed to find a powerful expression of earth laws.
Kai Syaoran had to go through these stages according to a particular order or else he risked exploding from the overwhelming power of the laws.
