Kai Syaoran looked at each character that made up the words 'Blue Merchant Guild '.When he was still just a simple demonic wolf with little to no potential for greatness, he had been captured along with his mother and sister.
The bandits that had captured the three wolves put them in cages and took them into human society where they were sold to a branch of the Blue Merchant Guild. The guild held auctions once in a while and this time, the three wolves were sold off at this auction. Kai Syaoran had done everything he could to save his mother and sister but all had been in vain.
His mother and sister were both killed right in front of him in the most gruesome manner. This memory became one of Kai Syaoran's defining memories but due to his lack of a complete soul, he had lost the emotions associated with this painful memory.
