When fleeing from the hell being, Kai Syaoran had moved across the kingdom. He now had to walk back towards the capital and this was what he did. He did not use any vessels or even teleport to save time. He walked from one city to another. He passed through villages and towns. It took him a full month but he did not see this as a waste of time. He had used this time to think about himself. He thought about what he was doing and why he was doing it. In the end, he realized that there were a few flaws in his decision making and he had come to accept these flaws. He was only a demonic beast and no one was perfect. He aimed to reach perfection but he also accepted that he was far from reaching this goal.
