When the darkness that had engulfed the entire hall finally dissipated, the elders sighed in relief. In the darkness, they had thought their end to have arrived sooner than anticipated.After all, war had just been declared. It would not be too much of a stretch to think that the enemy would have taken the opportunity to wipe out the higher ranks of the sect rendering the sect helpless before his onslaught. The elders had been sure that they would be killed in such a scheme especially since the enemy was a demonic wolf.
"How come I have never heard of such a demonic beast ?" asked one of the elders ."Sky Valley or as they are now calling themselves ,Wolf Valley may be trying to play tricks on us by creating a non-existent powerhouse as their backer ." suggested an elder.
