"Do you know who could have wanted to kill you?" Arthur asked.
"There a lot of people who want me dead," Jared joked, seeing that no one else was laughing he cleared his throat. "I don't know to be honest," he said.
'The same person who killed mom and dad huh?' Arthur thought thinking back to what Caleb had told him.
"It's not safe for you to be here," Caleb said to Jared who just rolled his eyes and chuckled.
"You think I didn't know that?" he said. "Whoever wants me dead really needs to find new ways to do so.
"Don't laugh over that," Arthur said strictly as Jared was laughing.
"Sorry, sorry," Jared apologized. "Anyway, I heard Mr. Dumas was thrown in jail yesterday," he said. "Is that your doing?"
"No, unfortunately," Arthur replies. "Someone else found evidence and sent them to the police including the abuse of Ezra, Rose, and Candice," he said.
