Ezra was surprised to find Arthur entering the kitchen. "Oh, welcome home, dinner will soon-- Oh."
Arthur hugs him tightly. Ezra hugs him back, patting his back. "Did something bad happen?" he asks.
"No, I just wanted a hug," Arthur replies snuggling into him and taking a deep breath. "Please release your scent," he begs.
'You don't need to beg for that,' Ezra thought releasing his scent.
Arthur visibly relaxed. "You were right about Mr. Dumas not being the one that planned my parents' accident," he said.
"Oh," Ezra said. He wasn't surprised about this. "So do you know who did it?" he asked.
"Yes," Arthur replies. "It was an accident," he said.
Ezra held his breath. Arthur had deliberately left out the remaining parts. This was something personal, Ezra shouldn't be involved in this at all.
