Ezra woke up groggily to Arthur sitting next to him worriedly. He recognizes the smell of this place too well. He's in the hospital.
He thought of the incident that happened before he fell unconscious. 'Well that answers my initial question on whether I'll slip and fall.' he thought.
He sat up and Arthur immediately reacted. "You're awake, thank goodness," he said hugging him.
Ezra was surprised by Arthur's reaction. "Have I been unconscious for long?" he asked.
Arthur released him, and Ezra could see his face. He was crying.
He touches his face. "I'm sorry," he says sadly, also wanting to cry.
"Why are you about to cry?" Arthur said in surprise.
"Because you're crying," Ezra replies, wiping his tears.
The door burst open and Candice was holding a bunch of flowers next to Milky, who was still in her uniform.
Candice quietly walked to him. "Can I have my turn now?" she asked.
