A week ago if anyone had told me that on my 18th birthday that the whole world would awaken systems and that I would be fighting creatures from fairy tales. Well I would have thought them to be crazy but not anymore.This is how my story began.
"Gavin get up ur gonna be late for school again" my mom hollered from downstairs.
I hurried up and got dressed before heading downstairs. My mom handed me a piece of toast as I hurried out the door to get to school. But right before I made it out the door she stopped me and said" happy 18th birthday son". "Thanks" I replied since I was in a hurry.I hurried to the bus stop praying I hadn't missed the bus.
Luckily I made it there just as the bus driver was shutting the doors."WAIT DONT SHUT THE DOOR!" I hollered as I saw him closing the door. Thankfully he opened the door back up as I got to the bus."Next time don't be late or I won't open the door next time* he said as I looked at where to sit down.
I had just moved here a few months ago so I didn't have any friends to sit with. But right as I was about to sit down in one of the few empty seats.
When David a well known bully walked up to me and asked What the fuck do you think ur doing he asked me as I was about to sit down.I replied by saying "I was about to sit down why"?.He arrogantly said " Well i believe u were about to sit down in my seat you piece of shit".
I replied by saying "yeah well I didn't see anybody sitting here". Next thing I know he winding back his arm to punch me. But right before his punch landed everyone froze because we had all heard a dinging sound.
Everyone looks at each other in confusion as they tried to locate where it was coming from. At that moment,I looked out the window saying loudly"everyone look out the window at the sky" pointing at the sky at the gigantic figure seemingly floating in the sky.
