No one knew how the conversation between Tez, Mathew, and Komer continued, but at least Tez and Mathew stayed on.
The two made only a brief stop in Plovdiv before they set sail eastward, stopping in Odessa for a day to inspect the area before they headed straight for the Caucasus. After landing at Bruce Fortress, from Bruce to Banassia to Muscat, and then arriving in Izmir, in Izmir, the two attended a banquet organized for them by some of the Nicosian traders, especially those from Jazair. This occasion also allowed them to understand the living and development conditions of these Nicosian traders in these regions.
