It was a sunny afternoon in New York City. Daniel was just making his way out of his warehouse after verifying his goods that had arrived the previous night.
Once he came out, he entered his car and ignited it. As he was about to zoom off, his phone started ringing, and without hesitating, she switched off the car before bringing his phone from his pocket.
"Hello Mike How are you doing?" Daniel asked across the phone after picking up the call.
"I'm fine, Daniel," the voice of Mike sounded from the other end.
"To be sincere, Mike I thought you would never call me back to thank me for giving you Leonard's position," Daniel said to him with a sarcastic tone.
"Actually Daniel I don't think that there's anything to thank you for, and secondly, that wasn't the reason why I called you," Mike said to Daniel across the phone.
